ybot message: "An existing report exists, please delete it"

This situation could occur because the information that a specific copilot needs to supply to your work platform already exists, but is still listed for the current day's schedule.

Solution:

  1. Check the visit in question in your work platform

  2. If there has been data logged for that visit already, and you wish to keep this information, then you do not need to use ybot for this visit

  3. If there has been data logged for that visit already, and you do not wish to keep this information, delete the data for that visit in your work platform and ensure the status of the visit is set to 'Planned' or 'In Progress'. You will now be able to complete that visit in ybot.
