When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently deleted from our systems:
Personal Information (including but not limited to, name, email address, phone number)
Usage Data (including but not limited to, app interactions and preferences)
Communication Logs (including but not limited to, support requests and feedback)
To request the deletion of your data:
Use your ybot account information to login to our client application on your mobile device, or using our web app.
After entering your account information and pressing a login button, press the settings button in the top right corner to open the settings page.
At the bottom of the Settings page you can find the Delete account button.
After you press the Delete account button, a confirmation message will appear. Press Yes to confirm
Please note, this action can not be reversed, and all your data will be immediately deleted from our systems. Certain data may be retained for a specified period for legal or jurisdictional obligations (for example, transaction records). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
