This issue is most likely due to the status and scheduling of the patient on the EMR platform.
1. Patient Visit Assistant
On the Patient Visit Assistant copilot, you will hear the names of all patients in your schedule for that day, regardless of their status in your EMR platform.
2. Comprehensive Assessment
To start a Comprehensive Assessment with a specific patient, use the Comprehensive Assessment copilot.
This copilot only recognises patients with a Start of Care 'Visit Status' of either 'in progress' or 'planned' on your EMR platform, and patients must be scheduled for the day you wish to access the assessment. |
If any patients in your schedule have a 'Visit Status' of 'opened', 'completed', 'approved' or any other, the Comprehensive Assessment copilot will not recognise them. Consequently, any patients with that status will not appear in your schedule.
If the patient has the correct statues, but is not scheduled for today, the patient will not appear in your schedule.
Solution for Comprehensive Assessment patients:
To use the Comprehensive Assessment copilot for a patient, ensure that:
The patient's Start of Care 'Visit Status' on your EMR is either 'in progress' or 'planned'.
The patient is scheduled for the same day you wish to start your assessment.
