If you have been invited to join your organization on ybot, you will receive an email or SMS with a verification link.

For login you can use:

• Invitation link from the email to start working with the web client

• QR code from email to start working with mobile app. QR code redirects you to download the app or open the installed app on your mobile device.

  • The ybot app is available on the iOS App Store or Google Play.

• Invitation link from SMS to start working with the mobile app.

Verification steps for first login:

1. For login with web client select the Invitation link from email on your computer.

2. You will see “Create Password” page. For the registration fill in your First/Last name and create a password.

3. Then, select the “Register“ button.

4. You will now see the main ybot interaction screen, and can start working with ybot by selecting the “Start” button.
