Found something that didn't work as expected? Here's how to submit a report.
OPTION 1: Check the knowledgebase
Search ybot's help desk of helpful knowledgebase articles to resolve your issue. If you couldn't locate an article that addresses your problem, proceed to Option 2.
OPTION 2: Reach out to support via the ybot HelpDesk
If you have encountered an issue that is not covered in our knowledgebase articles, you can go directly to our Help Desk on your web browser and fill in the form to create either a bug report or any other ybot related report.
Steps:
1. Help Desk:
Go to ybot’s Help Desk on your browser.
2. 'Contact Support':
On the top right hand corner you will see ‘Contact Support‘
3. Log in:
Use your ybot credentials to log in. You will then see two report options that will take you to the correct report form.
Form #1: 'An issue while talking to a copilot' - Select this option for bug reports ONLY
Form #2: 'Other issues' - Select this option to report any other issue that is NOT a bug report

4.1 'An issue while talking to a copilot' - Bug Report form:
Fill in all the fields with as much detail as possible. If possible, please provide screenshots .
Once you have finished select ‘Report Bug’
4.2 'Other issues' - for anything other than a bug report:
Fill in all the fields with as much detail as possible. If possible, please provide screenshots .
Once you have finished select ‘Report’
5. Automatic ticket creation:
Once the report is submitted, a ticket will be automatically created.
You will receive a confirmation with the ticket number, which can be used to track the progress towards resolution.
6. Progress updates:
You will be kept informed about the progress and final resolution of your ticket.
OPTION 3: Reporting a bug via the ybot app
This method is ONLY for bug reporting. Please avoid using this option for any other issues.
Steps:
1. Open the app:
Navigate to the bug reporting section of the ybot app. To find it, select the 'Settings' icon on the top right hand corner and go to the option 'Bug Report'. Once you have selected this option it will show you the list of assessments you have been working on. Select the session for which you experienced the issue.
2. Create a bug report:
Detail the bug: Provide as much detail as possible about the issue. If possible, include steps to reproduce the issue, the expected outcome, and what actually happened.
3. Automatic ticket creation:
Once the bug report is submitted, a ticket is automatically created.
You will receive a confirmation with the ticket number, which can be used to track the progress towards resolution.
4. Progress updates:
You will be kept informed about the progress and final resolution of the reported bug.
