ybot typically connects to your work platform through an API. If there is a disruption to this connection, ybot will continue to try to connect.
To prevent any loss of data, you will need to wait until the connection is re-established until continuing to use ybot.
Any data you had already transmitted with ybot will have already been sent to your work platform, and you will be able to continue where you left off when the connection is re-established.
Solution:
Wait 20 minutes before starting or continuing a session.
If the error persists, reach out to your work platform provider to identify if there is an issue with their API at this time.
If the platform is experiencing an outage - reach out to your work platform's support.
